Council delays and Right to buy

^ Why don't you phone the council and ask what they require from your solicitor?0

If there are no signs of movement and you have lived there for some time with no underpinning, you are probably worrying about something there is no need for and never happened. Just say no on your insurance form.
I also agree that a phone call to the council to ask what is needed to complete might be helpful, pointing out you have a notice to complete by 23rd July. Get the name and number of the person you talk to.0 -
An update on my Right to Buy, the sale was completed on the 25th June 2018. I'm now a homeowner!!!0

Thank you Martindow
I just went ahead anyway but it's been hectic as I've had builders in to put in a new bathroom upstairs (I had a bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen), the house is having a full refurb throughout. Now I'm a mortgage-free wannbe :j0 -
