here are my thoughts (but I have no legal training whatsoever)

1) yes, I believe your colleague is correct

2) yes, I believe you should

3) no , because this could cost hundreds or thousands of pounds, costs that you will be unlikely to get back

ie:- its small claims court , for gods sake !!!

this isnt a massive case at the Law Courts in London , its an MCOL for unpaid invoices , get real or lose out big time

Hi - please could I ask you a massive favour: how do I find loads of children 123's post as I've searched her name etc but can't find it. Trying to get my defence written tonight. Many thanks in advance!

go to the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread, read post #2 (on a laptop, not a phone) and click on the ones linked to her name, or use her username in any thread to find all of her posts etc

do the same with the BARGEPOLE ones too, or any other relevant examples

start your own thread if you need further help

Hit your 'Back' button to get back to the forum thread list. On the bar just above the threads you'll see the 'Search' function. Click on the 'Advanced Search' button and on the following page place your keyword(s) in the 'Search By Keyword(s)' and make sure the 'Show Results As' button (at the foot of the window) is changed from 'Threads' to 'Posts'.

If you wish to find posts by a particular poster, follow the above, but use the 'Search by Username' box to input their username.
