A couple of days before that I rang the agent to tell them we would be using them and they arranged the meeting to sign the document and they said they would get the sign sorted. Well - just had the call. Didn't get the bloke they said would ring me - he was out on an appointment. Neither did I get the boss. Anyway - 3 emails had been sent out the the sign-people but they didn't realise that their email system wasn't working and the sign will be up today. It's not on the internet because I have not approved the details yet. I have not received the details to approve because they had a computer crash and the admin had to be handed over to someone else and it has not been done yet but will be done today. Many, many apologies. It is not normal practice. Will put double box in paper this week. etc. etc. As above I said I would get back to them after consulting with the executors.
