Ppi

Hi,

I was in a bad place around 6-7 years ago, in fact we lost our home and we were in a trust deed.

I wrote then to everyone that I thought I might have had PPIs with, a couple paid out one £10k this money went to my trustee which went towards the people that I owed money to.

Black Horse wrote and said that they did not agree that I had been miss sold my PPI with them, even though I have always been self employed. Because I was in a bad place at this time I did not follow up!

Last year I had “Claims Guys” looking into PPIs for me but Black Horse said that because I had applied a few years ago it had timed out! Could I try for the commission or should I just let this go?

All I want to know is? Is this true or should I try again? I am in a much better place now.

Kindest Regards

Alan Hannah

    You can't complain twice.

Ask them to review it under Plevin.

Not sure why you made the same post twice, the answers provided on your first thread covered all this

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Odd how often this is occurring lately, it's especially easy to spot because this part of the forum is so quiet at the moment. Accidental duplicate posting can be forgiven, but coming back to repeat a post several days later (as in this case) or even months (as another did recently) is just rude.
