So basically my friend went to this Club called Lifestyle Club LSC in London.
She then got told she had to send right away a deposit of 300 pounds to their bank account for making the reservation for a room.
By doing so she signed a contract in which she has to pay a membership fee plus a monthly contribution. She obviously didn't know that and got shocked when she saw the amount she has to pay. I will attach the message she received from the Club afterwards.
Please bring the following documents with you, as they are strictly required and without them the induction cannot be processed:
1) The full amount of your outstanding membership fee 500 and initial monthly contribution 590.00 for the total amount of £1090
2) And identification document (Valid Passport or ID (a driving licence is not acceptable)
3) Visa (if issued and needed)
4) Your printed and signed membership application form
5) Proof of address (such as bank statement or utility bill)
6) An e-mail that is active and that you use frequently as you will have to sign the membership agreement electronically
Without the documents mentioned above you WILL NOT be able to complete the induction. Should you have any queries or issues, please contact your membership agent in advance.
If you fail to attend, are late by 15 minutes or more, you come unprepared or your induction cannot be completed in 20 minutes time due to lack of preparation, funds or requirements, a £25 re-appointment fee will be applied.
In this case, the Club will use all its endeavors to reschedule another appointment in the next 24 hours.
Please bear in mind that should the new induction appointment fail to materialize by then, the joining fee is non-refundable and it will be lost as per the membership application terms you have signed.
She isn't planning in going there again but is scared to have to pay even the 1090 pounds to them. What can she do now?

are the regulations for it, but I don*t even understand it myself... Does she have to cancel it but still pay the 1090 pounds? Or can she get away from that by just not showing up and losing only the 300 pounds?
