OK what I did was fill in the MR form and I've given the reasons why I think I should be in the SG. I included quotes from the guidance of descriptors. .notably the social isolation indicator and the part which explains the judges ruling regarding "always" not meaning 24/7.
Think it's a bit off that you're not told too much info about filling in the ESAform in more detail though.
Also I'm not sure how I can prove I live in isolation. They can check my diaries for the last ten years. No going out on New Years Eve or Christmas in ten years. .or even celebrating at home. Only diaries can prove it. They can check my passport too. .but really not sure if onus is on them or me to prove my isolation case.
But thanks to Poppy and Alice today I gathered some good information.0 -
Hi all. I just wanted to let you know that I've been put back into the Support Group without having to go to appeal. Thanks to everyone for their help. xxx0

Hi Kris35, I would really appreciate your help as I am in a very similar situation as to what you were in. I suffer from social anxiety and depression and was in the Support Group for ESA. A couple of months ago I had a work capability assessment and recently found out the outcome and they have put me in the work related group. I suffer bad panic attacks going anywhere new and I have the worst anxiety even being outside dropping my son off at school. I’m going to go for the mandatory reconsideration but I’m worried about how
to word it. Any advice given would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks, Kirsty0 -
Hi Kirsty, ugh it's so long ago I did this but I do have my letter for the MR here. Maybe I can send to you via pm.0
