Cost floor help! Rtb right to buy

Can anyone please help me with regards to buying my current home via right to buy?
My landlord has advised me that the cost floor value is just shy of £74,000.
My house has a market value of around £220,000 and my discount would be the maximum of £80,900.
I automatically assumed that my discount would be reduced to about 6k but having read several threads on here it now seems to be the difference between the sale price and the cost floor?
Can anyone please help me work out what it would be that I would actually pay for it?
It’s the difference between staying in our family home or having to move

The cost floor is lower than the sale price (£139,100) therefore there will be no reduction in your discount.0

Why do you need to buy it or move? Surely you have a secure tenancy with the council?0
