Just a quick update, I have today received an email from POPLA advising that APCOA do not wish to contest the Appeal and my Appeal is successful.
Thank you all for your help but especially Coupon-mad!

Thanks for update - appreciated. Helps to build up our knowledge base of which PPCs do what and when.
It's pleasing to see that APCOA still run away when faced with a solid POPLA appeal, suggesting strongly that they never had a case in the first place.
Glad you've put this one to bed. :TPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
