    I am on the verge of going bankrupt

    What about an IVA or a DRO (Debt Relief Order) as alternatives.

    So if you are indeed going bankrupt, op, don't pay them a penny.

    Thanks for the suggestions, I don't qualify for a DRO and haven't looked into an IVA too much, I will see what I can find.

    Thanks Quentin, I didn't think that was the case but you're right.

    Now i'm not paying extortionate rent I've just got to a point where I should be able to get back on top of things, this has thrown a spanner in the works. Have some decisions to make now, it's almost worth going bankrupt purely so they don't get their money!
