County court claim form, incorrect info

Hello.
Please may ask peoples advice. I have received a claim form from the County Court Business Centre on behalf of Gladstones solicitors Ltd for "breaching parking terms".
This parking fine comes about from 25/07/17... almost a year ago. Since that date I had another fine with the same parking enforcer (NCP) which I paid (£160 despite never being offered the reduced rate of £60 due to the timescale of me receiving it being in a company vehicle, so the fine went to the lease company and then my employer) and was making regular payments at the time this occurred. so I ask do they have a case if there was correspondence after the alleged offense for the one I am receiving now? Why did they not mention it?
Also the claim form is addressed to a "Mrs", now I'm no biologist but I'm pretty sure I have qualified for a Mr for the last 34 years!! Then it was sent to the wrong address, it's only by chance that my friend is the postman of my old address that I got hold of this claim form.So in theory... I haven't actually received this form. It also states on the claim form that I am the registered keeper of the vehicle.. am not, it was a company vehicle registered to my employer.
All of these inaccuracies don't seem to bode well for a case but I wondered if anyone could shed any light on whether I have an argument?
Many thanks for your time

Wow you PAID one?Since that date I had another fine with the same parking enforcer (NCP) which I paid (£160 despite never being offered the reduced rate of £60 due to the timescale of me receiving it being in a company vehicle, so the fine went to the lease company and then my employer)
No-one pays £160 to NCP. Madness. So they have you on a mugs list then, hence the claim (sorry, even re a company vehicle you did not have to pay, should have appealed & won). They reckon you will pay them for this one too.
Please read the NEWBIES sticky thread, first.
Normally we'd say do the online Acknowledgement, but that depends if you are identifiable from the name given. e.g. if you are Jack Bloggs, does it say 'Mrs Jack Bloggs', in which case the 'Mrs' seems a minor error.
Using an old address is because that must have been the address NCP were given from your employer, I guess?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did pay one yes. First off they agreed to honour the original £60, but then they wen back on this as nothing was in writing and it was stated verbally over the phone.
I can't help but think that because it's addressed to a MRS P Dury it would invalidate the claim as that person technically does not exist. What should I do to avoid now paying the £275?
They obtained the previous address because that was where I was living at the time of the charge that precedes this one... but how did Gladstones manage to send a letter to my current address AND THEN the claim form was sent to my old address.
Feeling a little lost here
Many thanks0 -
Forget that. WRONG. Do the AOS in the right name (with the right address) if it's just the 'Mrs' salutation that's wrong.I can't help but think that because it's addressed to a MRS P Dury it would invalidate the claim as that person technically does not exist.
See the NEWBIES thread and defend the claim like everyone does, with 99% success. What should I do to avoid now paying the £275?
Same as has happened in other cases. You need to mention that clearly, in the defence, as well as all the usual stuff you will find on the zillions of other threads showing you their defences to crib from. They obtained the previous address because that was where I was living at the time of the charge that precedes this one... but how did Gladstones manage to send a letter to my current address AND THEN the claim form was sent to my old address.
Jeez you should NEVER have paid them £160. Awful. Why? Awful and daft.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
