Why do you need a new roof??
PS - the 'caps lock' key is on the left of your keyboard!

Does that include scaffold, upgrading the insulation and building control fees? Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0

sounds a reasonable quote but knowing other important information could change my answer.0

Hi found the caps button, the tiles are mostly shot (flaking ) its an old roof with no membrane under, the price includes scaffolding and skip, but not insulation (existing thanks to council) nor the building control fees, have had a quote at 5k, 6.3k and both including vat and one at 8k + vat
I believe the scaffolding is £600 ( quoted ) materials are around £1700inc vat to me ( not trade price), was assuming labour would be £2000 skip 250 ish.
want a good job, but don't want to pay for a roofers new house0
