Help!!!Budget Car Insurance

Can somebody point me in the right direction please. I was due to renew my car insurance March and went with Budget as they were the cheapest at the time. When I received my documents they had quoted me for 1000 miles per annum instead of 10000 that I had requested. I rang them up and they said they would listen to my quote and get back to me but in the meantime my premiums would go up by £50 per annum but I would be refunded if I had asked for 10000 per annum. Anyway I keep ringing and ringing and still they say they have not listened to the quote. I am afraid to cancel it and go with someone else incase I have to pay Budget more money. What do you suggest. I sick of that company, the customer service naf.

Follow their internal complaints procedure. Should be covered in their "terms of service" documentation provided when you took out the policy. Sounds like you are getting bounced around the call centre so probably best to write.0
