Help with Outlook 2003

Hi
I have recently upgraded from outlook express 2000 to office outlook 2003 but having problems with it.
none of the emails seem to delete and everytime it is opened all the emails are duplicated, triplicated etc.
Have checked settings etc but cant see anything wrong.
Can anyone help.
