Hi. I was just wondering if there was an easily accessible way of seeing sold house prices in Europe, particularly in Portugal, just as it is via online portals in the UK, such a Rightmove?
Thanks!
Thanks!

If it's sold very recently you could try http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/in-Portugal.html & tick the 'Sold STC' boxDwy galon, un dyhead,
Dwy dafod ond un iaith,
Dwy raff yn cydio’n ddolen,

I know this is a long-shot but have you tried looking at Portuguese sources rather than asking on a UK forum?0

Both would be useful but a more general idea of areas would be fine too. Thanks!0 -
I believe the local town hall in each town may have some information but a lot depends on how the property transfer happened as there is nothing like the Land registry system there as we have here.
Are you looking to buy property in Portugal?
I guess the question is how seriously you are looking at the prospect or are you just internet surfing.....
I have limited knowledge of the system over there and thankfully off loaded our property there at the beginning of last year!

If Portugal is anything like Spain, bear in mind the actual declared price could be very different from the actual price paid.0
