Anyone else unable to login with Santander app on iPhone / iPad?

My internet banking is fine but when I go into the app it comes up with Oops something went wrong please retry. This is before you get to the login screen.

Hmmm actually works on 4G but not when connected to WiFi even though no issue with my WiFi (all other apps etc working fine).0
