Additional Kitchen Cupboards - can't match doors

Hi all,
We're looking to add additional kitchen cupboards (one wall hanging cupboard and a full height 'larder' cupboard) into our kitchen.
We know it's a Howdens kitchen, we had a chap from Howdens round to have a quick look so he can price the units, but he can't find the doors anymore. The house is only 5 years old, I was hoping they would still sell or have some old ones lying around somewhere!
It's a shaker style kitchen with double tung and groove in the doors, does anyone know of anywhere else I could try to match the doors?

Made to order/measure doors are available, have used them before but if your existing doors are faded then the match is not exact.
The company i used (9 years ago) insisted on me sending them a door so they can copy it,cost per 600mm x 600mm door £70+vat not cheap but it was what the customer wanted.
Can your installer not find a solution.0 -
Hi Roger, thanks for the reply.
It's a white kitchen so fading won't be an issue, I am yet to speak to the chippie Howdens recommends, I'm waiting for Howdens to confirm they definitely don't have any left.0 -
Check ebay, sometimes people sell odd doors to complete second hand kitchens, I replaced a damaged howdens door using ebay after they stopped manufacturing them.:beer:0

It's funny you mention that, since my initial post I thought to check on there and found a company offering replicas!
They state in the description "These are not Howdens doors they are our own design and are similar in colour and style to a Howdens Stornoway kitchen. If you need to repair or extend your existing kitchen they will appear similar to the untrained eye."
Thanks for your suggestion, just need to measure up the carcasses and work out the size doors to order!0
