I don't use Twitter. Can you confirm the address for the forum please? I've had it now. Your company is actually costing me money as I was unable to get online without using mobile data over the weekend and I can't run my business from home without kicking everyone else in the house off the internet.

I'm afraid all I can do is wish you good luck but the forum was the only place I got any help for my friend with Talktalk, he had used their official support channels through live chat and phone for two months without any progress nor did going through facebook help either. I hope they can sort you out.
