My amazon emails when i order stuff seems to go straight to my deleted box (not inbox or spam) when i recieve them on my yahoo email.
Anyone know how i can resolve this for them to be delivered to my inbox in the future please?
I'm quite baffled by this as normally quite good with stuff like this.
Thanks :)

You should have the option to mark anything in the spam folder as "not spam".

Been awhile since I've used Yahoo but it should be obvious.

That suggest you have a rule to sent them to deleted .
    Tools message filters .

Colin, They don't go in the spam folder it goes straight to DELETED folder as ive stated. when they go to deleted folder i have the option to mark them as spam. So sounds like its not recognising them as spam nor important emails. I have to check my deleted folder all the time and press restore to inbox on them. I wish it was a bit more obvious lol

Carefully looked at filters again and there was a filter that didnt even have a name. very weird as i dont bother with filters, so i clicked on it and there was amazon. thanks again. :)
