You may be better starting your own thread. It gets confusing when a single thread has 2 separate questions running.
Was your tribunal a UC or ESA tribunal?
Have you had a UC medical assessment to place you in the UC LCWRA group?

For ESA the tribunal decision will be backdated to the 14th week after your initial application.

Had you considered industrial injuries disablement benefit?

I!!!8217;m sorry if I have confused anyone as this is my first time on any forum.

My tribunal was for UCdesicion on the work capability assessment. I have now won the tribunal with 25 points. Put in lcwra group yes.
No I have not tried the iidb but will give them a call Monday now.
