M6 toll exemptions

Certain BlueBadge holders are entitled to an exemption on the M6 Toll
But does the entitlement extend to ALL blue badge holders or just those listed ?
ie) Those, like myself – who have a Bluebadge under the non-automatic rule – due to not claiming any Mobility component of DLA/PIP
This appears extremely vague as to entitlement
If entitled - do I just wave my card at the plazza or do I need to pre-book each journey - with an exemption pass ?

Why don't you read all the page you linked too, including links? Or phone them the number is there!
