iPhone 7 stuck on Apple logo

Hi

I got an iPhone 7 the other day and when I tried to sync to my iTunes on the laptop the phone just got stuck on the Apple logo which you get when booting up

I’ve tried the hard / soft reset and tried to update and restore through iTunes but had no joy

Are there any other possible solutions?

Have you tried booting it in safe mode?

Power off, power on and straight away press and hold vol + until it boots.

Is it possible to connect via iTunes at all and maybe try a restore from iTunes backup.
Which could possibly force a restart,
Also try removing sim and then try power+volume-google search for exact steps

Do you have an Apple store near you? Book a visit there if you have. They'll be able to tell you what's wrong even if they can't fix it.
