Building a fake chimney breast- who do we get to do this?

Hi there,

We are just in the process of buying a new build house and we would like to build a fake chimney breast that we can then slot an electric style plasma fire and tv in to. I know that it is pretty much the case if building a frame/plasterboarding etc, but Unfortunately both myself and my other half are useless at diy and wouldn’t have a clue of how to do it. Could anyone please give me advice on what sort of tradesman would be best to hire? It seems that builders only take on bigger projects!
