Single quote or multiple quotes for rendering/roofline?

My house needs some work on the front.
Replacement of pebbledash, replacement of guttering, replacement of soffits and fascias.
Should I try and organise it all myself with three separate quotes for Scaffold, Rendering and Roofline work?
Or should I try and find one company that will do it all?
If I book the scaffold myself I'm worried the other contracts will be delayed and I'll end up paying weeks for scaffold I don't need. Or both contractors will try and come on the same day and get in each other's way.
I don't know any local firms, so I will be looking for firms with some online reviews. Not ideal but it's the best I can do.
Anyone done something similar?
