Hello,
To register as dad of my child in Germany I need to acquire an international birth certificate with 'Apostille'. I have a UK (Welsh) birth certificate which I can use as a basis. What's the basic route and any cost saving measures I need to know, anyone know?
Thanks in advance.

Not sure if the international birth certificate is a separate thing, but mostly you just need the original certified by applying an Apostille. You might have to get it translated as well. Any official document in the UK can be legalised. My marriage certificate cost £30. You can apply online through gov.uk website.0
