Hi all just wanted to update you after all your help! Thanks to your advice and the information about the velux windows being recalled I argued there is no way that I was responsible and if she went through the deposit protection scheme I thought it was unlikely they!!!8217;d find it to be my fault and while she clearly didn!!!8217;t agree with me she has transferred me back all of my deposit with no deductions! Thank you so much everyone you have saved me a lot of money!!0
