... that isn't stupidly expensive.
Or should I be weary of having a tap like this?

having bought a cheap version of one of these - I would highly recommend getting an expensive one!!
I'll see if I can dig out a receipt but it had to go back twice because the first one looked like it have been fitted before and the second one had a chip on the chrome and no weights on the hose... the third one is fitted and the switch for spray doesn't always work.... looks the part tho!

    Ikea do one for £150.

The other one I've purchased was £337 after shopping around for the cheapest retailer.

A good one wont be under £300-400. Buy that (Franke/Bllanco/Hansgrohe etc) or dont waste your money.

  • What sites are best for taps please? Not fancy but good value. I don't want to pay top dollar for cheap replicas.
Are waterfall taps any good? Is Victoria Plumbing a good site for taps?

I bought from Aldi for £39.99 on 18 August 2017.
It was in Aldi a few weeks ago for £42, but not available at the moment.

I'd recommend tapwarehouse.com - great selection, reasonably priced and the service was good.

My aunt has a posh one.
It always seems to look manky as it is hard to wipe down.
Lots of water marks all over the spiral bit.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
