thanks for the tip bax, i'll wait until after xmas and see if they're advertising.

hi bigears, still going strong? that does put me off mystery shopping as i read in another thread that some companies had not accepted the results so they hadn't got paid - if that makes sense? have been thinking about giving it ago thou as lots of people have good mystery shop totals and i could do that with child in tow.

    keep it up everyone!!!! :T

Ooh Jo - are you making money with pureprofile? I got a bit fed up with them as it was so slow but might give it another go.

I got a £25 bank payment from them in August and am back up to £17.15.

It can be slow going though and patience is needed! The trick is to log in and press the next button every day, rather than rely on emails from Pureprofile.

I log in every day as part of my daily clicks routine and usually get a survey or a collection of 5p clickthroughs about once a week.
  • Hi Jo, thanks for that :) , I think I need to get myself a daily routine too. At the minute I kind of dip in and out through the day but it means I don’t concentrate fully on my work OR the clicks so probably not the best idea! We’ve ordered internet for our flat so should soon be able to do it in the evening from home which will be much better. My OH doesn’t realise how much I’m into this stuff at the moment – he’s going to get a shock when the internet is switched on and I become nothing more than a pair of eyes glaring at him over a laptop screen whenever he interrupts, hee hee.

Hi Roxie, yup I’m still at it thanks! :) I hope I haven’t put you off mystery shopping because I think this is a really unusual job – you usually only have to spend a couple of quid! To be fair, I trust the company, it’s just when they give me it back rather than will they if you see what I mean…. And I am getting a free month’s membership of a posh gym. The other jobs I’ve done have been a lot less hassle (but they paid less too) They wouldn’t DARE reject my results as I made sure I wrote loads for every question!!!

Just signed up for a focus group next week for £50 (had to cancel one for £60 the same week as needed internet connection and Sky are taking FOREVER to sort us out) – I had been signed up for ages and applied for loads of groups but finally got offered one that I could do. It’s funny but since I quit smoking I’ve actually been eligible for less surveys and focus groups – damn!

Anyway that was a bit of an epic there, sorry about that!

I just logged in again to check my balance and had another survey! (Didn't qualify for this one but still earned 20p!)

That makes 3 surveys in one day from Pureprofile taking my total up to £17.35. You need £25 to cash in. :D

I can't remeber who it was who was put off Mystery Shopping but please don't be, I never do any shops I have to pay more than £8 for and these you return the item to the shops after anyway so its prob only 2 days you are without your money, I also saved my 1st 2 months wages and used them to pay for anything myst shopping so its not out of my usual bank acct.

    Mystery Shop today £15.

    So £5.50 elc money £5 win £11 mystery shop £24 Rabbit £130 Red Letter, £18 myst £1.20 petrol £10 mystery shop, £8 Myst shop, £5 Voucher, £11.80 overtime, £12 Test & Vote Voucher £15 Mystery Shop= £256.20

Well done everyone so far and stick with it, you can all do it, I know its the mid month low but this is the last full month before XMAS and we ALL need extra pennie for that so KEEP GOING !!!!!
