Why are you even bothering with this? POST says there's 2GB. Windows says there's 2GB. Belarc says there's 2GB. So what's the problem?
As to Mercilesskillers suggestion of flashing the BIOS, why? The RAM is there, the size is being correctly seen.0 -

i was just asking why belerac and the crucial website would both say that 1 slot is empty, i was just wondering how that could be, at least there are some kind people on these forums that try and help people, not just try and ridicule or criticise all the timeTake every day as it comes!!0 -

it would worry me too. i am thinking of upgrading the ram in my pc and hope i dont have any problems, although conor is probably right.0
