Hello, i paid a car for my daughters 21st birthday and she was with my at the time of purchase from Evans Hawshaw, I asked all the paperwork in her name. Now the new log book has come though in my name not my daughter's. I do not really want the DVLA record to show 1 more owner when we change what is the best way to fix. Thanks

So long as her insurance doesn't require her to be the RK then just leave it.
I say this with the proviso that you will be the one who receives any speeding tickets/ parking fines etc and will need to initially deal with these.0 -
Her insurance will probably say she is the registered keeper.
Fix the log book or the insurance.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Just let DVLA know. I'd include a photocopy of the insurance showing her name (but it's probably not needed).
If you do it promptly they'll change it without increasingt he number of keepers.0
