Cant find whatsapp ikon on blackberry Q5

ive got a blackberry Q5 phone..ought from CEX...i keep asked by friends to add them to whatsapp...ive downloaded whatsapp to my phone and hademail confirming download , but when i go to my apps pages ..theres no whatsapp ikon...ive done a shut down and still no ikon...ive googled a bit but cant see anything specific to Q5 or anything that makes sense to me...any ideas....google suggests it might be a hidden ikon..ive done a name search for whatsap but it says no results found

I don't think whatsapp 'officially' supports BlackBerry phones any more. A quick google suggests there are workarounds though. How reliable they are is debatable.

Isn't the Q5 an android phone? They mostly have an apps drawer form which you create shortcuts

No it runs on BB OS
