Just a draft saying that a couple of customer parking signs just before the entrance made no mention of the time limits in force. We were with a 3 month baby and a 5 year old at the time of the alleged incident. Not sure if that would help. We had something to eat and did some shopping.

the details above are more like a witness statement, which comes nearer the court date

if submitting a DEFENCE, its based on the legal arguments why you should not pay PE , WHICH MAY HAVE LITTLE OR NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACTUAL EVENT

so things like no landowner contract , not the same as Beavis, poor and inadequate signage etc

see the example defences listed in post #2 of the NEWBIES faq sticky thread, and in other recent court case threads on here , for examples that you can plagiarise

you could phone the CCBC tomorrow to sort out the login issues

if you posted the AOS to the CCBC, they are awaiting your defence , to be with them within 28 days of the date of service

and edit post #1 as its a Parking Eye , MCOL , Court Case

nobody has been "fined", plus that ship sailed long ago

as CM says above, all this should have been dealt with long ago, before it got to this stage, especially after the BEAVIS case 2 years ago , so try to nip it in the bud but do not miss the deadline

    14.05.18.
    Still within 28 days
If the date of issue on your Claim Form is 14 May 2018, and you did the AoS in the appropriate time - before 4th June, then you have until 4pm on Monday 18 June 2018 to file your Defence.

Do not even try to file your Defence via MCOL.
Follow the same process everyone else does and email it to the County Court Business Centre.

Yep, which is why I say the OP has the whole of next week to make complaints and get the retailers onside to support cancellation for sixty quid.

If the OP comes back in a week without doing that, I'm out and the case won't count as a 'forum loss' when it is lost. Because there is no defence unless there's an EA angle.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
