Credit Cards...PayPal...Payment

Morning.

After a bit of advice. I have just been accepted for 15 months 0% on purchases.

I want to buy an item off someone (not a shop) through a forum. Can I use Paypal (with my card)...does this count as a purchase? Or will I be hammered for interest?

I should've just had the balls to ring Halifax. All Paypal transactions count as purchases.

The only things that don't are
1) Cash from ATM
2) Money for gambling
3) Buying foreign currency or travellers cheques.

So if you had access to two different paypal accounts, and you had a Capital 1 4% cashback card, and you sent funds from one of your paypal accounts to the other, charging it to your card, you would earn more in cashback than you'd pay in paypal fees. Would that be fraud?
