Hi I'm not sure where you shop or what cat food / litter you usually get but we get the Tesco everyday value litter which is £1.60 for 10L, and my dd showed me a tray of tesco own cat food pouches x 48 for £8.50.
If you buy branded then Home Bargains have them cheaper than other stores.

Hey jwil thanks for saying hi!
Hey hugglemonster, I love your name! Thank oh for that! I currently buy Tesco own brand food, but in packs of 12! I’ll check for the 48 pouches. And have a very fussy cat in the litter department. He will only go on the wood stuff! *insert eye roll emoji here!* i think petsathome might sell it in big bags. Need to investigate. Big bags of porridge and pasta too would be good!0 -
Another one whose cat will only use wood litter.

Thanks beanie. Just found it stupid cheap at pets at home! I pass one every time I go to work! I’ve found an £18 off a £60 spend for Sainsburys for new customers, wondering if that would work out ok....0 -

I use amazon for cat food. Try and use vouchers where I can."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Thanks jwil, I’ll have a look! Had to get some bananas milk and bread but used some change up from the car. Still thinking of using the Sainsburys vouchers and stocking up on tins etc. The only problem is I only have 2 food cupboards and they’re already full! Got a load of meat from the butchers for the bbq at the weekend. They seemed reasonable. So might go and check their prices for everyday stuff. Hmmm wonder if they have a website....0

Just reading through wannabefree’s diary for inspiration, she’s so amazing, need some tips from her for budgeting! . Ok so porridge for breakfast today, then will prob take small ones to soft play/skating. Then work at 2. Need to tell benefits that I’ve moved and sort that out and have some solicitors things to fill out too. Hopefully do that at work as have a couple of hours free. Could do with going to Aldi etc as need bleach and dinner stuff.0
