Mortgage after IVA
Comments

I got a mortgage with woolwhich/Barclays about 1 year to the day after a 6 year iva completed. It was through a broker and I got 2.25 fixed for 2 years. not the best but a reasonable rate. That was October 2016.
I already had a mortgage but it was with Landmark(Northern Rock) and was crap, so I swapped.

@foxy-stoat what broker did you use? I am 5 years and 6 months since I started mines (discharged 6 months ago). I am having no luck with securing a mortgage.0
