Good service from John Lewis when buying TV

John Lewis repaired a TV I bought 3 years after purchased.

The forum consensus on TVs is definitely for buying from John Lewis, and also Richer Sounds who offer a similar inclusive 5 or 6 year warranty.
It's just disappointing that other retailers/manufacturers for other product types do not have similar faith in their own products.0 -

Even if paying for a repair out-of-warranty, no repair agent will provide a replacement set in the interim as standard. Any that do would definitely charge extra.0 -
As above, RS give a 6 year warranty on TV's to all members of their VIP Club.No free lunch, and no free laptop
