Its vitodens 100 and just over 5 years old. So guarantee just run out and started having problems. About 4-5 weeks ago it wasnt working at all. So I call tesco home insurance helpline and they send someone to fix it. Now how water not working at all with my 3 years old little girl demanding to have a bath. It starts with warm water when you turn hot water tap on but gets colder and colder within minute. Then when I turn the tap off boiler fires up and starts heating water and turns off when water just warm. So when you turn hot tap on water is warm again and same thing happens. The pressure is so low too. Is there something I can do or do you think I can call tesco insurance again and its saturday too?

Water pressure at the tap is low or on the boiler ?
The diverter valve may be sticking or have a pinhole in the valve rubberEx forum ambassador

Call Tesco Insurance Helpline. If they answer, they are open and may be able to sort the boiler out again.
If they are not open, you will either need to ring around a few plumbers/heating engineers and see if any of them will come out to you, for a fee. They are quite unlikely to be able to fix it as nowhere will be open to get parts for it.
I would just cope until Monday. Boil water in a kettle to wash. Give your 3 year old a "bed-bath", i.e. wash them with a flannel.
If you don't have an electric shower, I would get one fitted as they make a good backup if you have a Combi-boiler.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
