Vapour check polythene membrane

Hi,
We're constructing a new extension and have had a GRP roof fitted we now need to install the insulation I'm about to order celotex X4120 insulation for between the rafters but it states this needs void over vapour check polythene membrane.
What is this is it part of the celotex material or something separate?
