    The pics could be Photoshopped quite easily into a UKCPM managed site. I'm sure Rupert could hardly complain about a bit of photo manipulation!

    Wonder if anyone has the courage to print the number onto paper like a number plate and walk through a few ANPR's of other companies attracting a few tickets. If its done at night you can only see the number plate.
