    Saw a typo - manoeuvre is the correct spelling.

    You could also add in the ANPR Surveillance camera ICO CoP appeal point seen in other ANPR POPLA appeals now, search the forum for it and add that in for good measure.

    I suggest you number your headings to match the appeal points.

    Having to wait for other cars to leave before the driver could leave is not part of the parking period, and constitutes frustration of contract.

    Embed images in the real thing rather than include links. That way the assessor is forced to see them.

    heres the latest version I've numbered the points to match and added in twwo extra lines in grace periods section to really hammer the point of the driver being within the two grace periods.

  • Hey everyone sorry it took so long to get back to you all it's been a very trying few months. I just wanted to give a massive thankyou to everyone here whos helped me out and to all the amazing people who post all the guides and examples. Thanks to you our appeal was succesfull parking eye decided not to provide evidence and thus their case was dropped. Once again thank you to everyoe here we could'nt have done it without you.
