Which wireless Home Alarm...

Hi all
Hoping there is someone out in tinternetland who knows a bit about home alarms.
Homebase are having a clear out of Yale Home alarms & I've bought a couple & cant decide which one to go for...
Paid £131 for the SR-330 kit
Paid £90 for the EF-Series Telecommunicating Alarm Kit
I also picked up a couple of extra PIR's & key fobs.
I appreciate there are better Alarms out there but not for the dosh I've laid out......
So my question is which one to keep?
One concern I have is that the Smart Kit is reliant on Yale to keep the server backup humming & if they decide to switch that off then the Smart unit aint so smart anymore.
