Word telling me documents I created are in "Protected View"?

Yesterday I spent some time typing up a couple of documents in Word 365. This morning I went back to edit them and Microsoft is telling me they are in Protected View and might be dangerous to open. They do not contain any downloaded attachments and I am running a current virus checker (Norton) so do not think I have a virus.

Yes, I just click on enable editing, obviously having satisfied myself about them.0
