I was doing 36 in a 30, but because my son was with me on the day couldn't confidently identify who was driving and was scared to fill the form in. Finally worked it out that it was me but by then (after asking for pics and calibration of camera) they had issued the notice.
What's readers experiences with this?
What's the best way to mitigate the fine please?
Is it better to attend court and plead guilty (£85 minimumto do this?)
I'm 64, on a low income with no penalty points.
Thanks
