Barclays Bank - no photo ID - change of address

Hi guys to cut a very long story short:
With Barclays Bank
Debit card has stopped working (chip issue)
Went to ring to get new card and my old address from 6 months ago is still on their system - they couldn’t change on phone as no telephone banking passcode and can’t change on laptop as chip doesn’t work in pin sentry
Dug my passport out and it’s a year out of date (I haven’t travelled for three years and no plans to s didn’t check for ages). I don’t drive.
I have my council tax bill, my out of date passport, utility bill and national insurance card and my broken debit card
Will they be able to change my address with security questions? If so what type as I don’t see how they couldn’t do that over the phone

An expired passport is useless for foreign travel but may be still accepted as proof of identity for certain domestic purposes, such as this. You can try it, as something you have available now, and if not accepted look for other solutions.Evolution, not revolution0

do you not have a driving licence?0

Thanks guys
I don’t drive sadly but hoping the passport at least will show its me even if out of date the manager might be able to use sense.
I have my council tax bill, NI card and my work badge from the college I lecture in with my name and photo so hoping they allow all this evidence.
If not someone said they can always see if I have a signature on file from when I signed up.
Just hope when I go in tomorrow they don’t ask me questions regarding my Barclaycard to verify who I am against my Barclays account because my partner will be with me hahaha0 -
The form or the website dont mention needing photo ID to send in the change of address form. It just says to fill in the form. I know policy may vary from company to company but I have never sent photo ID to a bank with a change of address form. They usually send a letter to your old address though to say it has been changed (in case it isn't you changing if). Have you got mail redirection? Why has it taken six months to update your bank of your new details?
I dont drive but have a provisional licence for the use of ID ... Much cheaper than a passport if you dont intend to travel any time soon£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -
I am sure we wrote in and changed our address (in fact certain because all credit cards and my other bank was changed so not sure I did query this on the phone)0
