I recently started using Samsung Notes on my samsung A5 and found it to be quite useful for various needs and thought if I have this on my samsung tablet and sync them, I would be pleased. However on returning from holiday and started to install samsung notes on tablet and was greeted with a "not compatible with this device" message.
Google searches proved this is something thousands of others have experienced so decided to look for something else.
Back and forth but nothing as good. Thought I'd go back to Evernote, but they wont have me because I deleted them ages ago and they either hold a grudge or the system won't allow.
Don't want word or one note.
Does anyone have/use an app that simply allows random thoughts/notes to be made that will automatically sync to / from tablet/phone please?.

As with m9st things, adapting to something new doesn't come too easy. I'm currently trying out Google keep and from tablet to phone and back is fine. Going to introduce my laptop to it now. If I can master that, vivwill be pleased. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

What I do need to ask is this. When I used Samsung notes, I would compile a post for Facebook or whatever, then when I felt it was correct would copy/paste to wherever.
I don't seem to be able to do that using Keep, or am I miss ING something. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

In my case, I now have Onenote, but Google Keep is already in use, so I don't want to change. I've not heard anything against Onenote.0 -

Go to edit your keep note, you should be able to copy, then paste as per normal0 -
