Claim for labour due to faulty paving stones

Hello,

We have had an unfortunate incident where paving stones have been laid by our builder/landscaper that have now been identified as faulty.

The fault is not visible until the paving stones are wet. The supplier seems to be accepting these are faulty.

The faulty paving stones will need to be taken up, and the surface made good, and replacements laid.

Where do we stand on the labour expended by the builder?

We would like to claim for this from the supplier/ or the builder/landscapers will.

Has anyone got any experience on this?

When this happened to me the Manufacturer did the work (via subcontract I presume) to replace the faulty slabs.

And it was a shockingly bad job!

Did your landscaper supply the slabs or did you buy them from the supplier?

As Andy said who supplied them ?
If you did then you need to pay & sort it with the supplier if they did then it's all down to them to sort out
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
