Skip Hire Alternative?

Need a skip to be on the drive for about 10 days!:(
Unfortunately our neighbour regretted having a skip a few months ago due to a host of people arriving in cars, vans and buses to collect stuff and dump stuff. What made this even worse was an organised gang throwing everything out to search the bottom of the skip, most of these things happened after midnight.
I don't really want the hassle of this but the company claims that's how they do things.
The waste will be timber and brick and some concrete pieces!
I know somes skips have lids because i noticed a mattress on top of the closed lid the other day.
Anyone got a better quicker way of doing this without the old skip method!
Enjoy everyday like it's your last!

You can do a wait and load skip hire. Truck comes and you load it up and they take it away on the spot. It will be cheaper than rubbish removal hire company's, especially if it heavy stuff.

    So annoying isn't it?

Have a look at these temporary fencing panels: https://firstfence.co.uk/standard-temporary-fencing-panel

There will be 'we load and take away' services locally.

so pile up the rubbish where the skip would have been placed and let them clear it.

You will still have the valuable waste, taken by those that can use/re-sell it, but less chance of additional rubbish appearing, as you would with an actual skip.

Given up with skips, even when they are covered or fenced in,we still get people leaving their trash next to the skip.

Now we use a registered waste collection service.Bag up the loose waste if necessary and when ready they arrive and load it. Job done.

We have a couple of outfits locally that do a grab hire, and they charge by the ton* - Separate the waste in to brick/concrete and timber piles. The bricks/concrete can be crushed and recycled as hardcore. The timber, if it hasn't been painted or treated can be cut up for firewood.

    * As a rough guide to pricing, I was quoted £20 for a one cubic metre dump bag (the type you get bulk sand in) when I needed to get rid of a pile of rubble.
