Charge on Land Registry

So today I got my Title Deeds (first registration) and I've saw something on them that confused me a little so I'd like it if someone could let me know what it means in layman terms.
Under charges: "Subject to the reservation unto [NAME OF FIRST OWNER] his successors in title of all rights of light or air over the adjoining property on the South side of the property hereby conveyed which would in any manner restrict or interfere with the free user of such adjoining property for build or other purposes"
Interesting to note that this boundary (the left hand side when you're looking at the front of the house) was changed to be a "Party Wall or Fence" in the 50s.
Thanks for any information!

Leasehold?
Any reference to a document? Where is the reservation documented?0 -
Sorry for the delay. The property is freehold. The 'passage' refers to the coveyance (I think):
"The land is subject to the following rights that are reserved by a Conveyance of the land in this title dated 15 August 1958 made between (1) [NAME ONE] and (2) [NAME TWO] and [NAME THREE] and affect the registered land:- (Following this is the previous passage I posted).
This is all under the "C: Charges register" section of the "Completion of registration".
Hope that's what you were asking for!0 -

It's likely the Land registry have a copy (though they may not). If they do, you can't get it electronically. Use form OC1 by post. [STRIKE]£8 I believe.[/STRIKE]
No - £7.0 -
Then I suggest you refer to the Conveyance dated 15th August 1958.

We won't have a copy as the rights have been set out on the register. We would only keep a copy if we 'filed' the deed and a Note would be added to that effect. I imagine it was returned with the first registration papers so if you need it then that's where to look.
So the 1958 Conveyance reserved rights of light or air for the benefit of the adjoining property to the south. The party wall/boundary point may not be relevant to this particular right as it seems to relate to building on the neighbouring land/property
Have a word with your solicitor to confirm the legal impact although it will probably centre around the neighbouring ;and/property having a right to build on their land and that your usual rights to light and air may not exist for example“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Land Registry. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -

Thanks, yes I have this original. Although I can't really read it if I'm honest, I tried but all the vowels were missing and being legal speak it made pretty much no sense.0 -

Thanks. Yes I have this document. The property to the south is the 'other half' of my semi-detached house. I'll contact the solicitor to ask about it.0 -
