Advice needed

Hi All,

Ive been trying to research about appealing against Parking eye and my head is swimming. Is there anyone who can advise on the following circumstances:

1.I have been using hotel car park for 5 years to swap daughter to ex partner taking approx 5 mins, never been parking restrictions before.
2. 22 feb 2018 my ex was late arriving.
3. At teh time I was driving my girlfriends car
4, Girlfriend has now received a Claim form from Parking Eye registered with the County Court Business Centre saying as RK she is liable for fine having stayed for 35 mins and inc costs now owe £175
5. This was sent to wrong address (51 not 51a) and was handed over by neighbours. No idea if there were any other letters.

Can anyone suggest best course of action?
