TV programmes through freeview only!!

Hi I wonder if someone could help with this problem, When I switch the TV on there are no stations but if I go to freeview box all stations
come on when I use the freeview remote. No cables, TV, or freeview box altered in the past five years, so it's just happened.

is the tv tuned for analoge or Digital

Does it have an aerial lead plugged into it from the Freeview box to the antenna socket on the TV? No aerial lead, no freeview signal on the TV.

Try connecting the aerial lead directly to the TV to see if that makes a difference.
It may just be a faulty fly lead.

Is it a digital TV, and have you got an aerial lead between the Freeview box and TV?

If yes to both, go through the Setup or Tuning menu on the TV to tune or re-tune to your local transmitter
