Drop in credit score because of address change

Options
I’m waiting to complete on a property, but my credit score on Experian has dropped to from 994 to 989, as I had to change my to my parent’s address whilst I wait to complete. Unfortunately I’m not on the electoral roll at my parents address, so it’s led to the drop.

It’s marked as a negative factor. Could this drop affect the final checks that the bank does before completion?

As when I applied for the mortgage it wasn’t an issue. I was on the electoral roll at my rental address.

Experian credit score has no bearing on your mortgage application

Ignore the 'score'. It's just a made up number that nobody apart from you and Experian can see.

The number won't make a scrap of difference, its pretty much made up.

Not sure on the electoral roll thing, might be worth asking on the mortgages board, there are a few knowledgable brokers on there.

my credit score on Experian has dropped to from 994 to 989.

More education is required I think.
